How to order 

• Select the color, size, and style.
• Add your personalization:
• 1. name and credentials
  2. name color
  3. credentials and caduceus color
• 4. position embroidered (Left, right or center chest)
• *Fonts are case sensitive, please type it exactly as you want it to appear.
• 5. Initial on sleeve (Optional): Initial, text, name, or any symbol + font + Thread color + Left or right sleeve

Note:  It is always best to choose a high-contrast thread color for your embroidery. For example, bold tones on light gray and white, lighter tones on navy, dark gray, and black. White does not show up well on light gray heather.

How do we process your order?

• Receive your order.
• Embroider the neckline message design on the sweatshirt/hoodie.
• Ship to you through USPS carrier.

HOODIE SWEATSHIRT MATERIAL:

50% preshrunk Soft Cotton, 50% Polyester.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, and do not iron directly on the design. Tumble dry low.
