We are so sorry to hear that you had a terrible experience with our company. It's unacceptable that they sent you a T-shirt instead of a replacement or a full refund, and then only offered to refund $15 for the difference.

However, after negotiating with you via email, we have accepted your exception regarding the refund at 50%. We have issued the refund 50% for your order. Despite this, we haven't received any further communication from you since then. We wanted to follow up on the status of your satisfaction with the resolution and see if there is anything else we can do to make things right.
