Messed up order

Ordered a hoodie sent me shirt instead of sending me a replacement or a full refund they tried to just refund 15 dollars for the difference amount had to negotiate to just get half the amount back was highly disappointed and cried had awful week was really looking forward to being cozy in my new custom hoodie but that didn't happen very disappointed

I had written a short poem and asked them to make it look nice, having two lines and and matching how I had it formed. Bit hard to read, not sure if that was the font I chose or it being longer than anything I saw online. Either way, still greatly appreciate the work and would definitely recommend.
