I ordered a custom hat from the shop of my one sable German Shepherd guide dog. The staff was outstanding both with being able to create the sable coloring, as well as just all around phenomenal customer service to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Just a heads up to consider- the delivery date is given before taking time to discuss the specifics and send proofs back and forth. Because of this, do not take the delivery date for what it is. However that is 100% expected.
Unfortunately I can not give a 5 star review as when my hat arrived a dark green thread color was used where it was depicted as white in the proof (a pretty jarring difference). I reached out by messaging online and heard nothing back after 48 hours. I then sent an email and heard back rather quickly. They send they could send me a new hat, but that I would have to pay for the shipping again. Rather unfortunate considering I much rather would have had the correct hat the first time around.
Overall though, a great experience, so I still have to give them 4 stars.
What a great and unique idea for a product. My husband loves his new hoodie embroidered with a photo of him and our newborn daughter. I highly recommend this company. I also wanted to point out that I was very specific in my request for thread color since my husband is biracial, and they surely delivered; it was perfect!
The sweater its self was a perfect fit and comfortable. But the image they sewn on made me cry it was so perfect. There’s no denying who it is and it was a perfect gift for my husband!
They provided me with an awesome customer service, they walked me through everything with a lot of patience and disposition. The end result was gorgeous and the shipping fast, totally recommend their services!
My dad loved the sweatshirt! It fit well and the embroidery was beautiful!!
