Overall Love the result! But could use some tweaking

I love how easy it is to customize everything on the website but make sure you know what photo you want to use!

What happened to me is they up charge ($10) even if you want to change the photo even if it’s not embroidered yet …. So make sure you know what picture you want to use!
I felt it was needed to see different options so I paid that. As for the writing and embroidery itself, it looks great. It’s just a lot smaller than I expected for such a large sweatshirt. It’s a miniature logo, and picture.

I expected a larger jersey logo like the photos suggested. That all being said, they responded to me pretty quickly and I was able to change the color of the thred and photo if I wanted to pay extra and customize everything to my liking

I actually got two other hoodies for my boyfriend and dad who are car lovers. And those came out perfect !!!

This is the perfect website to customize, your clothes!
Just please know what you want and make sure you take your time when you’re ordering to avoid any issues!

In the future, hopefully we can adjust the sizing to our liking. I would’ve really loved for my cat hoodie to have stood out a little bit more and to be a larger print , but other than that, I am super happy with the results and most likely will be ordering again. I will just take my time lol Thank you !!

i love that i can look down and see him, i can look into the mirror when im sad and see him still standing next to me. this hoodie had helped my mental health. I never imagined life without my little brother, seems like he was always around. after I lost him, nothing in life has been the same. but now I can take him wherever i go. thank you for this. it's absolutely beautiful.

The portrait was better than I anticipated. The male also sent me a proof before making to confirm that the design was satisfactory, which I did not know that was apart if the service. I got a dark green sweatshirt and the design was mostly white and light colored so I will see if it bleeds when I wash it but I do not think it will. The sweatshirt size ran bigger than expected so consider sizes unisex. I probably could have gotten away with a medium but erred on the side of caution and got a large. Overall very very happy with the product. The sweatshirt is very warm and soft as well.

WOW! This was a Christmas present for my sister and it turned out AMAZING. When they sent me the proof, I needed to make one little switch (the photos of her one cat are so hard to get, it was my fault not theirs!) and their team did this switch for me very quick! Great communication and amazing work! My sister loves the comfy sweatshirt with her pets on it!
