I designed and ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter, who had recently lost her cat. The whole process was simple, the quality was incredible, and my daughter was thrilled. The image of the cat on the sweatshirt looked just like the cat she had lost. Customer service was also amazingly helpful—I emailed a real person! And they were able to tweak my order at the last minute to include a change I wanted made. I thought companies like this didn’t exist anymore. I’d order again in a heartbeat.

From start to finish the process went really well. The online design before the embroidery looked exactly like the hoodie that came in the mail. My friend cried when she saw the design, so it was perfect. I will definitely be buying from here again!

Embroly did a fantastic job capturing my son’s beloved dog on a high quality hoodie. This was one of his favorite Christmas gifts. The communication with Embroly was excellent and they shared a preview of the embroidered pet image, making sure it was satisfactory prior to completing the work.

I bought this as a gift for my husband for Christmas. He loves it; size XL in dark green hoodie. I thought the embroidery would be proportional to the hoodie size and would be bigger. We are keeping it, but maybe something to consider for larger clothing.

As a Christmas gift, my siblings and I got my dad a grandpa shirt with all the grandkids names on the sleeve. What a great idea! Except in my haste I completely forgot to add my own daughter. The custom embroidering looks great, although, I think I should have opted for a more premium quality shirt rather than the basic guilden or whatever the basic brand is

It’s a photo of my dog & I with two tone thread on a Teal “Bella & Canvas” shirt which isn’t as dark as it looks in the selection process which I like. I asked for one alteration to the design before confirming it and getting it a few days later! I’m telling you, the shipping process it fast!
