I designed and ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter, who had recently lost her cat. The whole process was simple, the quality was incredible, and my daughter was thrilled. The image of the cat on the sweatshirt looked just like the cat she had lost. Customer service was also amazingly helpful—I emailed a real person! And they were able to tweak my order at the last minute to include a change I wanted made. I thought companies like this didn’t exist anymore. I’d order again in a heartbeat.

From start to finish the process went really well. The online design before the embroidery looked exactly like the hoodie that came in the mail. My friend cried when she saw the design, so it was perfect. I will definitely be buying from here again!

My sweater arrived just in time for Christmas, It turned out exactly as I expected, if not better. The color is beautiful and the embroidery looks just like his dog. The customer service was also great. I made a mistake and they fixed it even though it was my fault. Will be recommending to other people and if I need another sweater like this I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Embroly did a fantastic job capturing my son’s beloved dog on a high quality hoodie. This was one of his favorite Christmas gifts. The communication with Embroly was excellent and they shared a preview of the embroidered pet image, making sure it was satisfactory prior to completing the work.

I bought this as a gift for my husband for Christmas. He loves it; size XL in dark green hoodie. I thought the embroidery would be proportional to the hoodie size and would be bigger. We are keeping it, but maybe something to consider for larger clothing.

As a Christmas gift, my siblings and I got my dad a grandpa shirt with all the grandkids names on the sleeve. What a great idea! Except in my haste I completely forgot to add my own daughter. The custom embroidering looks great, although, I think I should have opted for a more premium quality shirt rather than the basic guilden or whatever the basic brand is

I purchased this as a gift for my brother, of his dog Andy. I was excited when they sent the proof as it perfectly captured his pup. I was very happy to see that the embroidered shirt matched the draft they sent, perhaps even looking better in person. My brother was very content with the gift and we both appreciated the quality of the product we received.

It’s a photo of my dog & I with two tone thread on a Teal “Bella & Canvas” shirt which isn’t as dark as it looks in the selection process which I like. I asked for one alteration to the design before confirming it and getting it a few days later! I’m telling you, the shipping process it fast!

I ordered a handwritten embroidered shirt for my dad for Christmas. I gave 2 separate images that the team was able to align together perfectly on the shirt. I also submitted 2 different versions of a hand drawn heart I did and in the first mockup they gave me both options and I was able to schools which one I liked best along with ask for a few adjustments which came out great! They did a fantastic job! Make sure your picture shows your pet’s face square on, otherwise it might turn out a little wonky, but you can correct it in their review email! I love this sweatshirt so much, and it really looks like my cats. They did a great job!
