I got this for me and my boyfriend for Valentine. I was skeptical due to the hoodies brand (Gideon) but was pleasantly surprised. It’s become my favorite hoodie!! The embroidery is soooo good! They do send you a mockup and allow you to voice your concern before sending it to production!! Will get any future embroidery purchases from here!

The portrait was better than I anticipated. The male also sent me a proof before making to confirm that the design was satisfactory, which I did not know that was apart if the service. I got a dark green sweatshirt and the design was mostly white and light colored so I will see if it bleeds when I wash it but I do not think it will. The sweatshirt size ran bigger than expected so consider sizes unisex. I probably could have gotten away with a medium but erred on the side of caution and got a large. Overall very very happy with the product. The sweatshirt is very warm and soft as well.
WOW! This was a Christmas present for my sister and it turned out AMAZING. When they sent me the proof, I needed to make one little switch (the photos of her one cat are so hard to get, it was my fault not theirs!) and their team did this switch for me very quick! Great communication and amazing work! My sister loves the comfy sweatshirt with her pets on it!
I will definitely be using this company again! They did a great job revising any artwork changes i wanted. Turn around time was fast, especially during the holidays and the embroidery came out so good! I've attached the photos if the dogs I sent them for reference and the final product.

I was extremely pleasantly surprised with how much detail and attention went into the embroidery of my dogs!!!! They even got my dog’s slight lazy eye, I love it so much. Thank you so much!!!! My girlfriend will absolutely love this, its going to be her Christmas gift and I already know it will be the gift of the night. The dogs in my embroidery are all of the dogs in my girlfriend’s family, with some who passed away. Thank you again for putting so much attention to detail and care into the embroidery.
I got two full color pets on a sweatshirt with their names and it turned out amazing! I selected the option to have the designs sent to me when they were created to confirm the style (which I love that it was an option)! I wanted the thread color changed for their names on only one product (because I also got a tote) and they were able to understand and adjust the design before it was made. The sweatshirt and tote don’t feel cheap, they are made of good material.
Captured my mother's cat and dog perfectly!! The embroidery is so clean and the other side isn't itchy at all, and the sweatshirt is nice and thick as well. 10/10 worth the buy, can't wait for my mother to see it on Christmas Day!

I paid extra for the SWEATSHIRT upgrade and was sent a T shirt! Even in my delivery email, it says T shirt, when in my order email and order review, it says I paid extra for a sweatshirt! I have provided photo proof and sent emails to try to fix the issue. I am leaving this review because it's the only way to show the photos, it won't let me send in emails.This is a Christmas present, I really need this fixed please, I paid to upgrade to a sweatshirt! Once the issue is fixed, I will change my review!

I bought my daughter a personalized sweatshirt of her and her great grandpap hugging. He passed a few years ago and she misses him dearly! She cried when she opened it. Now she can remember him close to hear heart when she wears it❤️
