Was very dissatisfied with my order. It was supposed to be a gift for a friend and it didn’t have any resemblance to her pet. I had sent a picture in of her fluffy black and brown cat with big yellow eyes. The image they embroidered was a short hair, all black cat with very little yellow around the eyes. I reached out to see about fixing it or a refund. I had ordered it right before I went out of town for a few days and they sent a proof of the image to my email. I did not respond so they just sent it out. Because of this, they said they can’t issue any kind of refund or redo. It was frustrating, but also, I get that. I just wish they had done the job right in the first place. I also had complaints about loose threads on the embroidery part- again, being a gift, I wanted it to be nice and quality- especially for what you pay. But they just said to cut the loose threads myself and refunded a very small part of the total.
Honestly this is my third time ordering from this site and each time I’ve gotten amazing quality work! I’ve recommended this to so many friends and family.

The shop was quick to respond and quick to deliver! My 20 year old niece absolutely loved the vintage look of the embroidery and her dog’s face was spot on to the photo!! She opened it and walked it around the house so everyone could see and feel the embroidery. In a world where everything is screen printed, this was luxurious to her!!
The stitching on the shirt looks absolutely amazing. I cant wait to give it to my husband tonight for his 40th birthday! He recently did some modifications to his car and this shirt shows it well. Thank you so so much!
