How to order custom embroidered sweatshirts/hoodie:

• Step 1: Select the sweatshirt/hoodie color, size, and style.
• Step 2: Select thread color
• Step 3: Add your personalization:
• 1. Main text (Curved or No Curve) - I would advise against more than 12 letters as the embroidery gets very small.
  
• 2. Secondary text ( leave blank if you don't want anything)
• ****If you do not specify, I will pick what looks best!****
• OPTIONAL:
• 3. On sleeve (+$5):  Text or Date or symbol + thread color + left or right sleeve.
• 4. On hood (+$5 - hoodie only): Text or Date or symbol + thread color
• Add to cart and pay
• Get a unique gift.
• Example: 1. BOSTON + curved; 2. Est.2022 ; 3. H with heart + black thread (red heart) + left sleeve

How do Embroly process custom embroidered sweatshirt or hoodie? 

• Receive your order.
• Create a design according to your image.
• Ask for your review and approval (via email).
• Embroider the dog design on the sweatshirt/hoodie.
• Ship to you through USPS carrier.

Note: We will send the Design Confirmation to get your approval within 24 hours since we received your order (Excluding weekends and holidays). Kindly give your feedback as soon as possible.

In case of no response from you after 48 hours since the time we sent the confirmation, we will start the embroidery without your approval. This ensures that your order can be processed on time and avoid wasting time for you and our store. We appreciate your understanding.

HOODIE SWEATSHIRT MATERIAL:

50% preshrunk Soft Cotton, 50% Polyester.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, and do not iron directly on the design. Tumble dry low.
