I ordered from another website and felt like it was a scam so I came to Embroderly last minute, a couple of days before Father’s Day to order a hoodie. The hoodie’s quality is unmatched! The design looks just like the picture that was submitted and Megan reached out the next day with the samples of how it would look. Great customer service and speedy shipping. My item was received within 4 days of ordering it.
He was so happy and requested to have more done with different dedication songs 😭🫠!! The embroidery came out sooo goood. He put it on immediately!
I ordered the hat for my dad with a photo of him and his 3 grandkids. They sent a proof and it looked great so I was super excited. However when I got my item, the black outline cuts right through one of the figures and just looks sloppy. I sent a photo and asked for a replacement. The company did so, but the replacement had the same issue, maybe even worse than the original. Disappointed in the quality and the fact that it did not match the proof.

All of my boyfriends sweaters are a medium but this one is too small which is such a shame because he liked it so much and cannot use it
