The photo that I submitted was my boyfriendās US Navy bootcamp graduation picture from 32 years ago. It was exact! The inscription and his name on the sleeve were perfect.
The sweatshirt itself is a good quality and the color I chose is nice.

I was extremely pleasantly surprised with how much detail and attention went into the embroidery of my dogs!!!! They even got my dogās slight lazy eye, I love it so much. Thank you so much!!!! My girlfriend will absolutely love this, its going to be her Christmas gift and I already know it will be the gift of the night. The dogs in my embroidery are all of the dogs in my girlfriendās family, with some who passed away. Thank you again for putting so much attention to detail and care into the embroidery.
I got two full color pets on a sweatshirt with their names and it turned out amazing! I selected the option to have the designs sent to me when they were created to confirm the style (which I love that it was an option)! I wanted the thread color changed for their names on only one product (because I also got a tote) and they were able to understand and adjust the design before it was made. The sweatshirt and tote donāt feel cheap, they are made of good material.
Captured my mother's cat and dog perfectly!! The embroidery is so clean and the other side isn't itchy at all, and the sweatshirt is nice and thick as well. 10/10 worth the buy, can't wait for my mother to see it on Christmas Day!

I paid extra for the SWEATSHIRT upgrade and was sent a T shirt! Even in my delivery email, it says T shirt, when in my order email and order review, it says I paid extra for a sweatshirt! I have provided photo proof and sent emails to try to fix the issue. I am leaving this review because it's the only way to show the photos, it won't let me send in emails.This is a Christmas present, I really need this fixed please, I paid to upgrade to a sweatshirt! Once the issue is fixed, I will change my review!

I bought my daughter a personalized sweatshirt of her and her great grandpap hugging. He passed a few years ago and she misses him dearly! She cried when she opened it. Now she can remember him close to hear heart when she wears itā¤ļø

I was really excited to get this hat as a gift for my friend but it quickly turned into a mess. I paid extra to receive the item on time and was very anxiously checking on it. I received the proof as promised and they were helpful making some changes I asked for. Shortly after I received a tracking number that just wasnāt being updated. I finally checked back in with Megan/Kai who told me that the hat color I chose wasnāt available so thatās why it hadnāt shipped. I selected another one to which I was told that also wasnāt available. Out of 25 colors listed as available on the website they gave me the option of 9 to choose from one of which wasnāt even listed on the website. Being that this was a special gift I picked one that I thought might work. Again they send the proof and I approve it. I express that I am worried it wonāt arrive in time and they note they had no idea I needed it faster even though I paid the faster shipping cost. They assure me it will be ready and arrive on time. To my delight I received the package today a whole day early only to open it and see what I consider a mess. The quality is so off from what the proof looks like. It can pass as what they promised but it looks rough and like it was thrown together poorly. I am embarrassed now to give this gift to my friend. Just received my husbandās hoodie, love the material it runs smaller so I would recommend ordering larger size. I just wish the sleeves names was a little bigger.
