How to order

• Select the sweatshirt/hoodie color, size, and style.
• Add your personalization:
• Embroidery style (A, B, C, or D).
• Embroidery lettering.
• Thread color.
• Location of the pet (left, center, or right).
• Pet name (only applicable for styles B and D).
• Initials on Sleeve (Left or Right)
• Example: B, Athletica, Deep Gold, center, Boppy, Paws with name on the right sleeve
• Upload an image of the pet.

Note: We will send the Design Confirmation to get your approval within 24-48 hours since we receive your order(Excluding weekends and holidays). Kindly give your feedback as soon as possible.

If you don't use email often, please leave your phone number so we can confirm the design via phone number.

In case of no response from you after 48 hours from the time we sent the confirmation, we will start the embroidery without your approval. This ensures that your order can be processed on time and avoid wasting time for you and our store. We appreciate your understanding.
