I couldn’t be happier!

The photo that I submitted was my boyfriend’s US Navy bootcamp graduation picture from 32 years ago. It was exact! The inscription and his name on the sleeve were perfect.

The sweatshirt itself is a good quality and the color I chose is nice.

I was extremely pleasantly surprised with how much detail and attention went into the embroidery of my dogs!!!! They even got my dog’s slight lazy eye, I love it so much. Thank you so much!!!! My girlfriend will absolutely love this, its going to be her Christmas gift and I already know it will be the gift of the night. The dogs in my embroidery are all of the dogs in my girlfriend’s family, with some who passed away. Thank you again for putting so much attention to detail and care into the embroidery.

I got two full color pets on a sweatshirt with their names and it turned out amazing! I selected the option to have the designs sent to me when they were created to confirm the style (which I love that it was an option)! I wanted the thread color changed for their names on only one product (because I also got a tote) and they were able to understand and adjust the design before it was made. The sweatshirt and tote don’t feel cheap, they are made of good material.

Captured my mother's cat and dog perfectly!! The embroidery is so clean and the other side isn't itchy at all, and the sweatshirt is nice and thick as well. 10/10 worth the buy, can't wait for my mother to see it on Christmas Day!

I am so utterly impressed, with the customer service, the speed of service and the end product...everything! It only took 5 days to have 2 hoodies embroidered and sent to canada. Wow! Amazing job! Will definitely be ordering again. Thank you for giving me this beautiful way to remember my puppy who left way too soon.

I was sent a handwriting T Shirt when I paid for a SWEATSHIRT! My order details even states I got a sweatshirt and the delivery email even says you sent me the wrong item, a t shirt. I have tried to reach out multiple times and have received no response! I paid extra for a sweatshirt and this was a Christmas gift! Please fix my issue, I want the sweatshirt I paid for!

I paid extra for the SWEATSHIRT upgrade and was sent a T shirt! Even in my delivery email, it says T shirt, when in my order email and order review, it says I paid extra for a sweatshirt! I have provided photo proof and sent emails to try to fix the issue. I am leaving this review because it's the only way to show the photos, it won't let me send in emails.This is a Christmas present, I really need this fixed please, I paid to upgrade to a sweatshirt! Once the issue is fixed, I will change my review!

I bought my daughter a personalized sweatshirt of her and her great grandpap hugging. He passed a few years ago and she misses him dearly! She cried when she opened it. Now she can remember him close to hear heart when she wears it❤️
