Yes. For orders of 50+ hats, we stitch one sample hat and send you photos of it before the full run. You approve the real thread on the real hat, then we make the rest. Every order, of any size, also gets a free digital design preview first.
Yes. Keep the same logo on the front and add a different name, number or initials on the side of each hat. List the names in your order notes.
Any image works. A phone photo, a screenshot, a sketch on paper or a photo of an old shirt or patch is enough, and so are PNG, JPG, PDF or AI files. Our designers redraw it for thread and send you a free preview before anything is stitched.
Letters should be at least 9 mm (0.35") tall. Smaller text can lose detail or stitch unevenly. At that size, the front fits up to 5 lines (2-3 look best), and the side and back fit up to 2 lines each. Maximum stitch areas: front 120 x 57 mm, side 70 x 40 mm, back 130 x 38 mm. If your text is longer, we help you shorten it or adjust the layout on your free preview.
Yes. Upload a photo or screenshot of an idea you like and describe what you want in the order notes. Our designer creates an original design inspired by it and sends you a preview. We do not copy other brands, logos or trademarks.
