I really liked this sweatshirt!! Got it for my boyfriend and he loved it! They did a very good job, definitely SIZE UP this material does shrink by like half to almost a whole size. But other than that it’s perfect and they ship so fast

The material is soft and comfortable to wear. My spice was excited to receive it for Valentine’s Day. I am 5’7” male 160 lbs and Medium fit me well even after washing.
Genuinely, this team meets and exceeds that statement. The customer service team provided a great depiction of what the embroidery was programmed to create and helped me with changing colors (multiple times over), remaining enthusiastic, providing plenty of options, and ensuring that what I envisioned for my meaningful gift to a loved one came to life. The quality of the stitching is well worth the price point, the staff are lovely to correspond with, and it took very reasonable time to ship. Do caution that the sweatshirts seem to shrink some in washing/drying, so the only thing I would have changed would have been to size it up. I did change the embroidery thread color some by using markers to get it adjusted as close to the color I needed as possible, but their help getting a thread as close as possible to serve as a base was what gave a solid foundation to this. All around, 10/10 experience shopping with them! I will be ordering again :)
I absolutely love my sweatshirt and tshirts. The design captured my babies perfectly and reminds me so much of them. They are so comfy and fit great too. The customer service team is incredible as well. They helped change the original design to get their eye colors just right and were very responsive to my requests. Absolutely blown away.
We ordered a hat featuring one of our beloved cats who just passed. Embroly worked with us until everything looked perfect, then sent us the perfect hat. The thread in the finished product is glossier in appearance than in the mock ups, which obscured some of the details but our kitty was a buff color that was hard to match. Embroly still did an outstanding job matching his image.

I ordered a single custom embroidered hat at full price as a test before placing a bulk order. Unfortunately, the sample did not meet my expectations. The embroidery on the word “Pressure” was hard to read (the E’s looked like O’s), and the date on the back was not centered or level. The overall design looked slightly slanted.
I was disappointed because a hoodie jacket I ordered previously turned out great, so I expected the same quality. For custom branding, accuracy and legibility are very important, especially when paying full price for a sample. I ultimately decided not to place the full order due to these issues.

I designed and ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter, who had recently lost her cat. The whole process was simple, the quality was incredible, and my daughter was thrilled. The image of the cat on the sweatshirt looked just like the cat she had lost. Customer service was also amazingly helpful—I emailed a real person! And they were able to tweak my order at the last minute to include a change I wanted made. I thought companies like this didn’t exist anymore. I’d order again in a heartbeat.
