Communication with the team is very smooth and efficient. They sent me the design of my order (which was embrody left chest) that I validated and I was really looking forward to receive it. When I finally received the order the embrody was not in the correct place (middle instead of left). Such a disappointment. I messaged the customer service who confirmed the mistake but told me they cannot do anything to send me what I ordered…. Really disappointed

I love the sweatshirt I got for my husband for father's day. It was amazing quality and the embroidery was well done. Only thing I was confused about was part of my picture was outside the frame. Im not sure if that is part of it but it made the image look off.
I ordered a hat with my uncle’s dog embroidered on it for Father’s Day and the image looked exactly like the proof I was sent. The shipping was fast and my uncle was SO happy with the hat when he opened it!! No complaints all around!

It looked just like the photo, the sweater is good material, overall is great. The only thing I saw wrong is that the whole embroidery was just a little off centered, not enough to notice when it’s worn but can definitely tell when you look at where the letters are compared to the neck line.
