I ordered a hoodie as a gift for my sisters birthday and got an image of her pup that passed away. She absolutely loved it! Very good quality and the image and text are very clean.

Pay attention to your design SIZE

No issues with the sweater used or with the proofs. The team did a great job getting those over and acting on my input. However, I wish the size of the embroidery was explained better or shown better on the garment in proof. I got an XL sweater and the text, although exactly what I wanted, is small and doesn't look right across the chest. I went back in to mock order a new item and confirmed there was no clear way to order a larger design. I would have happily paid extra if need be, just wish I had the option.
