    Not Right!

    I placed an order for the couple hoodies. I requested for the date 11/27/2018 in Roman numerals but received 09/27/2018. When I informed them of the mistake that was made on their end, I was told I have to pay for another order but they would give me a discount. Mind you the company made the mistake and confirmed they made the mistake. But I still have to pay?!?!?!
