Customer Confusion Due to Scam Website

Recently, a customer reached out expressing frustration over receiving a poor-quality hoodie that looked nothing like the design they submitted. Initially believing the item came from Embroly, they requested a refund, citing lack of communication and dissatisfaction with the product. However, upon investigation, it was revealed that the order was placed through a fraudulent website (petfiestas.com), not Embroly.com. 

Despite emails appearing to come from Embroly’s domain, no order was found in Embroly’s system under the provided ID. This situation highlights the growing issue of scam websites imitating real businesses, leading to confusion and misplaced complaints.
