The sweatshirts were exactly as I imagined and as advertised. The team reached out via text to confirm and offer insight on design issues. The final product was perfect and met all expectations.
I love how easy it is to customize everything on the website but make sure you know what photo you want to use!
What happened to me is they up charge ($10) even if you want to change the photo even if itâs not embroidered yet âŠ. So make sure you know what picture you want to use!
I felt it was needed to see different options so I paid that. As for the writing and embroidery itself, it looks great. Itâs just a lot smaller than I expected for such a large sweatshirt. Itâs a miniature logo, and picture.
I expected a larger jersey logo like the photos suggested. That all being said, they responded to me pretty quickly and I was able to change the color of the thred and photo if I wanted to pay extra and customize everything to my liking
I actually got two other hoodies for my boyfriend and dad who are car lovers. And those came out perfect !!!
This is the perfect website to customize, your clothes!
Just please know what you want and make sure you take your time when youâre ordering to avoid any issues!
In the future, hopefully we can adjust the sizing to our liking. I wouldâve really loved for my cat hoodie to have stood out a little bit more and to be a larger print , but other than that, I am super happy with the results and most likely will be ordering again. I will just take my time lol Thank you !!

Ordered a hoodie sent me shirt instead of sending me a replacement or a full refund they tried to just refund 15 dollars for the difference amount had to negotiate to just get half the amount back was highly disappointed and cried had awful week was really looking forward to being cozy in my new custom hoodie but that didn't happen very disappointed

They did a phenomenal job working with me to get the embroidery just right of our cat Leo! Ended up ordering a sweatshirt for myself and my boyfriend because it came out so cute! I highly recommend their services and would definitely order from them again =)
