How do we process custom couple sweatshirt?

• Receive your order.
• Create a design according to your image.
• Ask for your review and approval (via email).
• Embroider the portrait design on the sweatshirt/hoodie. 

• We will send the Design Confirmation to get your approval within 1-2 business days since we received your order.
• We provide an unlimited number of revisions and only create and ship after designs have been approved.
• Please double-check your design, design size, and delivery

Can I upgrade my shipping?

Is it free of charge when I want to change another design?

You will be charge $5-$15 (depend on how complicated of the design) per design as we will start a new one from scratch.

My photo will be posted on your website?

- No, we are sure that when we don't have your permission, your photo will be not leaked on any social media.

4. I have a problem with my order. How can we fix it?

- We are happy to help in any way we can. Simply
send us a message with the following information so we can quickly assist you!

- Once we receive your message, we will check if the wrong items were shjpped to you by accident or if anything was misprinted due to an error on our end. If the mistake was our fault we will provide a solution at no expense on the customers’ end.

I want to purchase more than 1 item, how do I do that without paying for the order separately?

No problem! You can add more than 1 Item to
your shopping cart, just add the 1st item that you need, then go back to the
listing to finish adding more items.

5. What size should I order?

Our T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies are unisex.

Please always review the size chart before ordering.

If you are not sure about your size, you can access the information from chart in the listing.

If you normally wear a medium size so medium would be your best bet.

However, if you prefer a snug fit we suggest going down a size. We always suggest ordering up a size if you want it to be extra oversized because according to some oversized is comfy and fun.

6. My package is lost?

Oh no! If your package
has been lost in transit, please reach out to us and we’ll do everything we can to locate it. If your package is marked as having been delivered, please reach out to the shipping carrier for assistance. We recommend selecting the “Signature Required” option at checkout to ensure safe delivery as once an
order has been delivered to the provided address, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Any custom embroidery, send it to me and I'll make the list for you at a discount. Any Product Print or Embroidered Custom

With our designer, printing things is also a possibility. T-shirt, mug, poster, canvas, etc.
