I like how they email you a preview of the design before embroidering it. The preview was made and sent very quickly, and shipping was fast. I absolutely love how it turned out!! They captured my Frenchies perfectly.

I ordered one for my husband as an anniversary gift and one for myself to match since there was a special at the time I ordered. My husband is happy with his, to me the size seems a little off but not unbearable and the ring isn't stitched in yellow either. I wish I would have payed more attention when checking the preview because I requested a different font and it was as pictured, but I blame me not them because I didn't catch it and it's probably not often they get requested to change the font. Maybe that was for the best too. I would order again, and honestly already planning another order. I ordered Charcoal with Sky Blue and Royal with Lilac, roughly our wedding colors.

We got two hoodies with our logo and other embroidery on the sleeves even had some changes to our colors on our logo and it came out even better than we thought it would. They are perfect!

This company is amazing! I love how they give you an option of seeing their drawing of your pet/s before shipping it out to make sure it’s as accurate as possible. They even made sure my order came before my boyfriend’s birthday and let me tell you this gift stole the show! 🥹 He couldn’t stop laughing when he saw it and he loves it. It's really nice. Good quality. Embroidery is clear but the picture is just small. It needs to be bigger. But its nice. Vibrant colors. Print is very clear.
