We’re so glad to hear you loved the embroidery and how fast it arrived. Thanks to our US-based workshop, most domestic orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. You can also upgrade your shipping at checkout if you ever need it even faster.

Regarding the embroidery size, our artists hand-draw and scale each design to match the selected sweatshirt size. After your order was placed, we sent a preview within 12–36 hours showing the full layout — including design placement, thread color, sweatshirt color, size, and your shipping details. At that stage, you're always welcome to request any changes to make sure everything looks just right before we begin production.

Once we received your confirmation, we moved forward with stitching. We’re truly sorry to hear the final size didn’t meet your expectations. If you’d like to place a new order with adjusted sizing, we’d be happy to offer you a special discounted rate. Just reach out — we’re always here to help.
