They did a fantastic job! Make sure your picture shows your pet’s face square on, otherwise it might turn out a little wonky, but you can correct it in their review email! I love this sweatshirt so much, and it really looks like my cats. They did a great job!

I’ve ordered 2 of these hoodies, one for my brother and one for my boyfriend. They both LOVE them! I do recommend ordering a size up as they seemed to have shrunk a little in the wash but otherwise the embroidery was on point.
