I was really excited to get this hat as a gift for my friend but it quickly turned into a mess. I paid extra to receive the item on time and was very anxiously checking on it. I received the proof as promised and they were helpful making some changes I asked for. Shortly after I received a tracking number that just wasn’t being updated. I finally checked back in with Megan/Kai who told me that the hat color I chose wasn’t available so that’s why it hadn’t shipped. I selected another one to which I was told that also wasn’t available. Out of 25 colors listed as available on the website they gave me the option of 9 to choose from one of which wasn’t even listed on the website. Being that this was a special gift I picked one that I thought might work. Again they send the proof and I approve it. I express that I am worried it won’t arrive in time and they note they had no idea I needed it faster even though I paid the faster shipping cost. They assure me it will be ready and arrive on time. To my delight I received the package today a whole day early only to open it and see what I consider a mess. The quality is so off from what the proof looks like. It can pass as what they promised but it looks rough and like it was thrown together poorly. I am embarrassed now to give this gift to my friend.
