Step 2: Select the number of pet

Step 3: Upload a photo and add your personalization, such as pet names and describe your needs clearly.

How does Embroly process custom embroidered dad hats? 

• Receive your order.
• Create a design according to your photos.
• Ask for your review and approval on the design (via email).
• Embroider the design on the hat.
• Ship to you through USPS carrier.

Note: We will send the Design Confirmation to get your approval within 24 hours after receiving your order (Excluding weekends and holidays). Kindly give your feedback as soon as possible.

In case of no response from you after 48 hours since the time we sent the confirmation, we will start the embroidery without your approval. This ensures that your order can be processed on time and avoid wasting time for you and our store. We appreciate your understanding.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, and do not iron directly on the design. Tumble dry low.
