Great Product and Customer service

I really enjoyed the finished Product. They sent the proof before moving forward with the sweater and I changed my mind on the placement of picture. They were great with changing that for me and sending a new proof right away. Once that was finished the shipping was quick and I love the Finished product.

Father’s Day Gift!

We got my husband a sweatshirt with our family portrait embroidered on it. It came out beautifully!! My daughter had actually cut her hair just before our pictures and Embroly was able to “edit” the embroidery to remove her self-cut bangs and they even added shoulder length hair to make it clear she was a girl. Great customer service and absolutely beautiful work.

The perf gift

The customer service was so patient and always got back to me relatively quickly. The design was super cute, the sweater turned out INCREDIBLY soft, and it was delivered just in time for the reason I bought it. I just wish that there was a warning that the shipping time depended on how long you took to finalize a design, but otherwise I’m so glad I came across the website, because it became the perfect gift.
