You can choose one of the options below to receive a shirt completely free or only partially supported:

1. What are the conditions to participate in the program? 

=> Please contact us on our Instagram or other social pages you have, we will give you the results whether our program is suitable for you or not.

2. How to take photos and videos?

3. Can I preview the shirt design?

=> Of course, you just need to send the image you want embroidered on the shirt, we will design and send back the design within 24 hours.

4. How long will it take me to receive the shirt?

=> Depending on your location, after the design and embroidery are complete, we will package and deliver to you. Please rest assured that we will send you the shipping code to check where the goods are arriving and arrange your time to pick up.

5. How long does the program last?

10. If the embroidered shirt is defective and I want to exchange it for a new one, do I need to pay any fees?

=> If the shirt you receive has a technical error, we will give you another one 100% free of charge. However, if the error is due to shipping or you, we will refuse to exchange the shirt. So when unpacking the goods, record a video to verify which side the error is coming from.

11. How long does it take to get a response when sending a message on Instagram?
